How a meeting works

Create a one-off, a recurring series, or a search for a repeating weekday.
Share the participant link. Keep the admin link private — it can rotate invitations, export CSV, and confirm the time.
Everyone paints availability in their own local time. The overlap is the answer.

No sign-in. A browser cookie lets someone edit their own response later. Clearing that cookie loses edit access; the organizer can remove the old row so they can submit again.

Why time zones are the whole product

A Monday standup in New York is Sunday night in parts of the Pacific. A “10:00” that ignores DST is a missed meeting twice a year. Pick2Meet matches instants, not clock faces, then shows every result in the timezone you are viewing. Changing the display zone does not rewrite what people saved.

Repeating time, not another poll every week

If the weekday still needs deciding, members fill a reusable weekly grid in their own zone. Pick2Meet ranks candidates — full-group fits first — including the neighbouring local days that a far-offset teammate actually needs. Confirm a term, skip a holiday, reopen a date. Privacy, on purpose

There is no account database of your coworkers. Map tiles are proxied so visitor addresses never hit the tile server. Calendar scopes are not requested because calendars are never connected.

Can I self-host?

The app is a Go server plus a Svelte UI and PostgreSQL. Production deploys with Docker. You do not need to self-host to use the public site.
